These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the JK Alternative Medical Center website and the booking of treatments at our clinic on Koh Samui, Thailand. This is a template and should be reviewed by a qualified professional before publication.

Appointments & bookings

Submitting the enquiry form is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. Your appointment is confirmed only once we reply to arrange a specific date and time.

Cancellations

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another client. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

Health & treatment

  • Please share relevant medical history so we can treat you safely.
  • Our treatments support recovery and movement but are not a substitute for emergency or specialist medical care.
  • If you are pregnant, recovering from surgery, or managing a serious medical condition, please consult your doctor and inform us before booking.

Payment

Fees are payable at the time of treatment unless otherwise agreed. Prices are confirmed at the time of booking.
